Today me and Lawrence went to Rietvlei Dam to take photos of the mist there. I actually never knew about this place, almost right on my doorstep, just outside Pretoria, actually still in Pretoria…
Rietvlei Dam is sort of a mini Kruger National Park, but I think mostly people go there to look at birds, although there are some wild animals.
On the bird hide, actually everywhere there were frost from the cold night, very slippery!
We spent about an hour on one location, capturing all the photos possible with the beautiful sunrise shining through the mist.
After the light became bit bad for good photos, we went driving around looking for some other beautiful scenery. We found some and will have to go back again soon!

Yeah been quite busy this side.. Not doing the Project 365 no more, just couldn’t find the time anymore, will probably do a Project 30 or something later the year, as I really enjoyed taking a photo a day
